A specialist All Through SEMH School in Bromley is seeking a passionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join their team on a long-term basis, starting ASAP or from September 2026. In this role, you will support pupils both academically and emotionally, working closely with students on a 1:1 basis to help regulate behaviour, improve engagement with learning, and promote positive outcomes.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work with students both inside and outside the classroom, supporting emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social development within a structured and nurturing environment.
